Winter hiking in Ötztal
There are two special experiences to choose from when winter hiking in Ötztal: a guided snowshoe hike through the snow-covered stone pine forest up to the Schönwieshütte. Or a leisurely tour with alpacas through the winter landscape near Sölden. In both options, participants experience the quiet side of winter - decelerating, inspiring and very close to nature.
1) Snowshoe hike to the Schönwies hut


On the edge of the ski area, this hike leads through the Obergurgl pine forest. With snowshoes on your feet, you walk to the modern-alpine Schönwieshütte.
Instruction, supervision and guidance by trained ski instructors. Price incl. snowshoes.

2) Hike with alpacas in Sölden


There is something soothing about alpacas - perfect for taking a break from the daily hustle and bustle. The charisma of the animals fascinates not only children, but also adults and older people quickly find a connection to the animals with their calm enchanting nature and curious manner.
Possible from mid-November to the beginning of April.
