Flexibility on all levels
The congress center has 2 floors and a flexible room concept that makes it possible to hold meetings in up to four rooms at the same time. The largest room at 450 m² offers space for 500 people. Smaller meetings can also take place in the separate breakout room at any time. The organization team has its own back office in the foyer. Additionally, the entrance foyer can be expanded to include a covered and separate outdoor area, making it possible to host large trade fairs, shows and exhibitions.
Ground floor
The foyer has a spacious entrance area and is located on the ground floor of the congress center. The reception desk and the cloakroom can be used flexibly thanks to mobile furniture. The flow of visitors can be easily organized from the separate event office. The ground floor also offers a covered outdoor area that can be used even in bad weather thanks to mobile tent elements. The outdoor area and the foyer are accessible by car. The delivery of event equipment directly to the cargo elevator is possible with trucks.
Upper floor
The seminar rooms of the congress center can be found on the upper floor. Thanks to extra-size window elements, Gurgl's mountain world is always present and within easy reach. The single floors can be reached easily and barrier-free with a passenger elevator. The largest seminar room offers space for 500 people and can be divided into three smaller rooms by using mobile partition walls. A smaller breakout room is also available for meetings.

Parking spaces and shuttle services complement the transport connections. Obergurgl is also easily accessible via Innsbruck and the Ötztal valley. The nearest train station is Ötztal Bahnhof. The ‘Obergurgl Zentrum’ bus stop is located directly in front of the Gurgl Carat.
