Meetings with mountain view
The largest Schalfkogel seminar room offers over 450 m² of space for several event formats. Hangerer is also available as a small seminar room at 41 m². Mobile partition walls make it possible to divide Schalfkogel into up to three smaller rooms. Therefore several meetings can take place simultaneously at Gurgl Carat. All seminar rooms feature huge window fronts and thus offer plenty of daylight plus impressive mountain views.

Our state-of-the-art event technology offers enough flexibility for your event. At the push of a button, the three powerful projectors connect to form Tirol's largest widescreen projection. Enjoy films and presentations on over 100 m² of screen space. All seminar rooms are equipped with a first-class sound system and can be completely darkened. Whether small meetings or large congresses - events for 2 to 500 people are organized here in a first-class manner.

The Gurgl Carat can host events for 2 to 500 people. The largest hall, ‘Schalfkogel’, offers 450 m² of space and can be divided into up to three smaller rooms. In addition, the ‘Hangerer’ is a 41 m² seminar room.
All rooms are equipped with modern AV equipment, projectors and sound systems. A special feature is Tyrol's largest widescreen projection with a screen area of over 100 m². Additional technology such as cameras for hybrid events or streaming solutions is also available.
Yes, the Gurgl Carat is wheelchair accessible. Both the entrance and the interior are designed to be barrier-free, so wheelchair users and people with prams are well catered for at the Gurgl Carat.
As a rule, catering is organised directly by the Gurgl Carat team. We work with experienced partners and create individual offers. You are welcome to bring your own caterers on request.

The Gurgl Carat is open all year round. Events can take place at any time of year. However, please note that certain infrastructure facilities such as mountain railways, restaurants and supermarkets are mainly open during the seasonal periods (November to April and June to September).
Prices are based on room size, technology and duration of the event. We would be happy to provide you with a customised quote including rent, technology, staff, hotel accommodation, catering, supporting programme, etc. Special packages are also available on request.
There is a large car park directly at the Gurgl Carat. You can easily reach us by car or bus. The bus stop ‘Obergurgl Zentrum’ is located directly in front of the congress building. The nearest train station is Ötztal-Bahnhof.
